The sky BOSS uses only cameras that output up to a true 1080 59.94i and is easily controlled by operators. The sky BOSS system has been designed with an integrated software control interface, allowin your operators to easily control the system via any console with IE8. The system was designed with multiple authentication levels, allowing you control over who can control the camera, set presets, access advanced camera menus, etc.
Sky BOSS does not have multiple control boxes or extra equipment to install. The systems driver is located within the pan and tilt enclosure. Systems can be Co-located at a single site or be located remotely with control coming from a studio location. Sites that would require a wireless link can use Lamar’s field proven Klearlink system. Multiple sky BOSS units can be controlled by a single controller or using multiple controllers locally or at different locations to control the systems.
The sky BOSS is a weather resistant NEMA rated unit. The controller has a low profile design with the thought of being deployed in a busy studio environment and is aesthetically pleasing if using it as a high tech prop in the weather office or other studio.
